OnTrax Manager 2.2 is designed for the users to enter their own time and expenses, and it rolls up to upper management approval. The program is designed however to keep people compartmentalized in the areas of the program that they belong in so they cant access areas that they don’t belong in. OnTrax also has numerous budgets that can be entered, all linked to each other or in tree form so the numbers roll up. Multiple projects can be linked to other projects, or roll up to child budgets or parent budgets.

When utilized efficiently multiple projects can be tracked, all linked to your overall budgets, and multiple project managers can use the OnTrax Manager without interfering with one another or access each others information.
